Ongoing website care

Your website
still needs a person.

A new service to add. A form to check. An update that needs attention. We help keep the everyday details from becoming a second job.

After the launch

Somebody to
keep an eye on it.

Care starts with a review of your website and hosting. From there, we agree on the right checks, update allowance, and way to request help.

  • Content that stays current

Changes to hours, services, contact details, photos, and other agreed content.

  • Checks that matter

Availability checks, broken-link reviews, and scheduled tests of key forms and contact paths.

  • Backups and recovery planning

An agreed backup process and a clear plan for restoring the parts we maintain.

  • Appropriate software updates

Updates and compatibility checks for the platform and components included in your plan.

  • A clear record of the work

A short maintenance summary and a note of anything that needs your attention.

Website care

Keep the essentials covered.

For a site that stays mostly the same and needs ongoing checks, routine upkeep, and occasional edits.

  • Agreed monitoring and maintenance
  • A defined monthly content-edit allowance
  • Backup responsibilities documented
  • One clear route for support requests
Discuss a care plan

Plan pricing, included time, response targets, and third-party costs are defined in your proposal. Large features and redesigns are quoted separately.

A clear agreement
from the start.

Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?

Yes, subject to an initial review. We need to understand the platform, access, and existing issues before agreeing on ongoing care.

Are edits unlimited?

No. Each plan has a defined allowance so you know what is included. We discuss larger changes before starting them.

Is hosting included?

It depends on the arrangement. Hosting and domain responsibilities, costs, and access are made explicit in your proposal.

What if I need urgent help?

Contact us with the problem. Availability and response targets are agreed in the care plan; this is not an offer of round-the-clock emergency support.

What happens if I stop the plan?

The agreement explains notice, final work, account access, backups, and handoff. Those details are settled before the plan starts.
