This page describes the business-services pages on bentztech.pro. River People has its own privacy policy.
When you get in touch
The project form collects your name, business name, email, town or ZIP, service of interest, and project description. You can optionally add your website, phone, budget, and timing. We use this information to understand and respond to your request, discuss a proposal, and manage any resulting work.
Please do not include passwords, sensitive customer information, or private documents in the inquiry form. We do not put form contents or your contact details into website analytics.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries are processed by our website hosting and email systems. A temporary private record supports delivery, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting. Temporary inquiry records are removed after 30 days by the form’s retention process; correspondence in our business inbox may be kept while a conversation or project is ongoing and as needed for business records.
We do not sell inquiry details or use a project inquiry to sign you up for a mailing list. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, these business pages use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as an email link click or a successful project inquiry. We send page paths and broad service categories, rather than your form answers or contact details. Google Analytics may process device, browser, usage, and network information under its own privacy practices.
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can choose “No thanks” or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We store that preference in your browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an inquiry.
Operational information
The hosting provider may retain routine access and error logs. The inquiry handler uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions and stores a request identifier to avoid duplicate messages. These operational checks do not require optional analytics.
Links to other services
The website links to River People, app stores, and other pages when relevant. Those destinations may have different privacy practices. The existing River People pages are covered by the River People privacy policy, rather than this business-site explanation.
