How to delete your account
You can delete your River People account inside the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
You can also request deletion by emailing contact@bentztech.pro. Include the email address or sign-in provider you used with River People so we can locate the account.
Data deleted
When your account is deleted, River People deletes or de-identifies account data associated with your profile. Deleted data includes:
- Account and profile data.
- Sign-in identifiers.
- Settings and preferences.
- Favorites.
- Crew relationships.
- Blocked accounts.
- Device tokens.
- User-owned records where supported.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed to protect users, operate the service, comply with law, or preserve safety-related context. Retained data may include:
- Safety, security, or legal records.
- Moderation records.
- Curation audit history.
- Public safety information.
- Anonymized or de-identified records.
- Backups.
Retained backup, legal, security, and operational records may persist for up to 90 days.
