Email contact@bentztech.pro with your phone and watch model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Include an error message or screenshot when useful. Never send your password.
Watch recordings and transfers
Update the phone and watch apps together. Version 2.1 is being prepared for store rollout. Check each store for availability. Keep the companion phone nearby when transferring, then open Saved watch runs on the phone to review received recordings and their save status. Use the watch's saved-run retry control if a transfer needs another attempt.
Save and sync your recordings before uninstalling, replacing devices, or clearing app data. Read about the watch companions.
GPS recording
Allow the location permissions requested by your device. During an Android recording, use the ongoing recording notification to return to the active run. Finish the run in the app when done. Watch sensor availability and GPS reception vary by device and surroundings.
Sign-in and account help
Use the password-reset option in the app if you cannot sign in. Contact support if the problem continues. For account or data deletion, follow the account-deletion instructions.
River information
Include the river and section name when reporting incorrect app information. Gauge readings, releases, access, and hazards can change; confirm current conditions locally. Privacy policy ยท User agreement
